How coaching works

Bright Fox follows a clear 10-week structure, designed for adult learners:

Week 1: Getting to know you

We explore strengths, challenges, stressors, We explore goals, challenges, routines, and current stressors.

Weeks 2-9: Weekly mental wellbeing coaching

Each session focuses on one skill and includes:

Week 10: Review and next steps

We review progress and plan how skills can be used independently going forward. Sessions are delivered online—offering flexibility, privacy, and convenience.

Working with young adults

Coaching at this age is collaborative and independent.

Young adults are encouraged to:

  • Take ownership of their goals
  • Practice skills between sessions
  • Reflect on what works for them

Parent involvement, where appropriate, is handled carefully and respectfully.

Delivered by trained professionals

Bright Fox is delivered by professionally trained Mental Wellbeing Coaches, each holding a MSc-level qualification in psychology.
