Skills-based support that complements clinical care

Bright Fox provides Mental Wellbeing Coaching for young people aged 11–25 across the UAE.

We work alongside clinics and psychiatrists to support young people who benefit from structured, skills-based input – either before, during, or after clinical treatment.

practical skills that support emotional regulation, functioning, and daily life.
