Bright Fox provides structured, skills-based coaching for students aged 11–25 – helping those who are capable but struggling to cope emotionally, socially, or academically.

We work alongside schools to offer time-limited support that sits between pastoral care and therapy.

providing clarity and confidence for schools and families.

Week 1: Initial assessment

Understanding the student's strengths, challenges, routines, and pressures

Weeks 2–9: Weekly mental skills coaching

Focused sessions building one skill at a time through:

Summarising progress and recommendations Programmes are tailored for: 11–14 | 15–18 | 19–25 All sessions are delivered online, reducing disruption to the school day.

Working in partnership with schools

Bright Fox works best when support is joined-up.

Where appropriate, we collaborate with:

With parental consent, we can align goals and share high-level progress updates – without breaching student privacy.

Delivered by trained professionals

All sessions are delivered by MSc-trained psychology professionals, trained to British standards.
