2. About Bright Fox Health

Bright Fox Health provides structured mental wellbeing and mental skills coaching for young people aged 11–25, as well as guidance and support for families and educational institutions.

Services are non-clinical, non-medical, and non-diagnostic. We do not provide emergency, psychiatric, or crisis services.

3. Nature of Our Services (Important)

Bright Fox Health offers coaching and wellbeing support, not therapy.

This means:

• We do not diagnose mental health conditions
• We do not provide medical or psychiatric treatment
• We do not replace counselling, psychotherapy, or clinical care

If a participant requires clinical or emergency mental health support, we will advise referral to appropriate licensed healthcare providers in the UAE or elsewhere.

4. Eligibility & Parental Consent

• Participants under the age of 18 may only engage in services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents or guardians may be asked to complete intake forms and provide relevant background information to support safeguarding and wellbeing.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe participation is not appropriate or safe.

5. Safeguarding & Child Protection

Safeguarding young people is a core priority.

We commit to:

• Providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Working within professional safeguarding standards appropriate to the UAE
• Escalating concerns where we believe a young person may be at risk of harm

Relevant information may be shared with parents, guardians, or appropriate authorities only where safety concerns arise, in line with UAE law and safeguarding responsibilities.

6. Confidentiality & Information Sharing

We respect privacy and confidentiality. However, confidentiality is not absolute.

Information may be shared if:

• There is a risk of harm to the participant or others
• We are legally required to do so
• Safeguarding concerns arise

For participants under 18, parents or guardians may receive general progress feedback, but not verbatim session content unless safety concerns apply.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to:

• Use the website lawfully and respectfully
• Not misuse, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Not attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
