A clear, supportive process for young people and families
Bright Fox provides mental wellbeing coaching for young people aged 11–25 across the UAE.
Our approach is structured and predictable – so young people know what to expect, and parents understand how progress is made.
Step 1: Start with a consultation
Before coaching begins, we offer a private consultation to:

Step 2: Getting to know your young person (Week 1)
The first session focuses on understanding your young person as an individual.
We explore:
This builds trust and sets a clear direction for coaching.
Step 3: Weekly mental wellbeing coaching (Weeks 2–9)
Each week focuses on one mental wellbeing skill and includes:
✓ Simple, age-appropriate explanations
✓ Practical tools to use immediately
✓ Guided practice during the session
✓ Support applying skills to real-life situations
Common areas of focus:
Skills are introduced gradually and practiced consistently—building confidence and independence over time.
Step 4: Review and next steps
(Week 10)
The final session brings everything together.
We:
Families leave with a clear understanding of what’s changed and what support may be helpful going forward.

Coaching is tailored to developmental stage:
11–14 | 15–18 | 19–25
This ensures language, tools, and expectations are always relevant and age-appropriate.

All sessions are delivered online, which means:
Young people can attend from a familiar, comfortable environment
Less disruption to school or family schedules
Greater consistency and privacy

Parents play an important role in helping skills transfer into daily life. We keep parent involvement clear, practical, and supportive - providing guidance without clinical language or unnecessary complexity.

All Bright Fox sessions are delivered by MSc-trained psychology professionals, trained to British standards.
This ensures coaching is:
Safe,
thoughtful,
developmentally appropriate,
consistent in quality
