The Bright Fox Programme

Our flagship 10-week coaching programme — a clear, supportive process for young people and families.

The Bright Fox Programme is a structured course of mental wellbeing coaching for young people aged 11–25 across the UAE.

It’s structured and predictable — so young people know what to expect, and parents understand how progress is made.

The Programme is 10 × 45-minute sessions — delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in-person in Dubai. This is usually once per week, and new clients are seen within 5 days of signing up.

Clear, upfront pricing: AED 6,250 for the full programme. This includes the Week 1 assessment, regular parent updates, and the Week 10 review and forward plan.

The 10-week journey

Step 1: Start with an online
trial session

Before the Programme begins, we offer a private consultation to understand your young person’s current challenges, explore whether the Programme is the right fit, and answer any questions.

No pressure. No commitment. If Bright Fox isn’t right, we’ll help you think through next steps.

Step 2: Getting to know your young person (Week 1)

The first session focuses on understanding your young person as an individual. We explore strengths and interests, emotional patterns and reactions, focus, routines and daily habits, school and social pressures, and personal goals. This builds trust and sets a clear direction.

Weekly coaching sessions (Weeks 2–9)

Each week focuses on one mental wellbeing skill and includes:

  • Simple, age-appropriate explanations
  • Practical tools to use immediately
  • Guided practice during the session
  • Support applying skills to real-life situations

Common areas of focus:

  • Managing big emotions
  • Reducing anxiety and overwhelm
  • Improving focus and organisation
  • Building confidence
  • Handling pressure
  • Developing resilience

Step 4: Review and next steps (Week 10)

The final session brings everything together. We review progress and key skills learned, highlight emerging strengths, discuss what has helped most, and plan how to continue using skills after the Programme.

Many families continue with ongoing Mental Health Coaching (AED 500 per session online) to keep building on what’s been learned.

Age-appropriate programmes

The Programme is tailored to developmental stage:

11–14 | 15–18 | 19–25.

Language, tools, and expectations are always relevant and age-appropriate.

Online or at home

Attend online from a familiar, comfortable environment, in person at home in Dubai., or in a hybrid mix of both. Less disruption to school or family schedules. Greater consistency and privacy. Available throughout the year with flexible timing and scheduling

Working with parents

Parents play an important role in helping skills transfer into daily life. We keep parent involvement clear, practical, and supportive — providing guidance without clinical language or unnecessary complexity.

Delivered by trained professionals

All sessions are delivered by MSc-trained Mental Wellbeing Coaches, intensively trained in evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This ensures coaching is safe, thoughtful, developmentally appropriate, and consistent in quality.

What coaching is - and isn't

The Bright Fox Programme is:

  • Skills-based coaching
  • Structured and time-limited
  • Non-clinical
  • Preventative and educational

The Bright Fox Programme isn’t:

  • Therapy or counselling
  • Open-ended support
  • Diagnosis or medical care
  • Crisis intervention

If deeper emotional difficulties are affecting daily life, we’ll tell you honestly and help you find the right specialist support.

Who the Programme works best for
