Age 15-18

Mental wellbeing coaching for teenagers

The teenage years bring new levels of pressure – academically, socially, and emotionally.

Young people aged 15–18 are managing heavier workloads, social expectations, and growing independence – often all at once. Many feel stressed or overwhelmed, even when they appear capable on the surface.

Bright Fox helps teenagers build the mental skills they need to handle pressure, manage emotions, and feel more confident in everyday life.

How coaching works

Bright Fox follows a clear 10-week structure, adapted for teenage independence:

Week 1: Getting to know your teen

We explore strengths, challenges, stressors, and personal goals.

Weeks 2-9: Weekly mental wellbeing coaching

Each session focuses on one skill and includes:

Week 10: Review and next steps

We review progress and plan how skills can be used beyond coaching. Sessions are delivered online—providing flexibility, privacy, and comfort.

Working with parents

Teenagers value independence, but parents still play an important role.

We keep parent involvement clear, supportive, and age-appropriate—providing guidance when helpful, without overstepping or unnecessary detail.

Delivered by trained professionals

Bright Fox is delivered by professionally trained Mental Wellbeing Coaches, each holding a MSc-level qualification in psychology.

This ensures coaching is:

  • Safe and developmentally appropriate
