Bright Fox Health provide coaching support for young people aged 11–25 to improve their emotional wellbeing. We help young people feel calmer, more confident, and better able to cope with everyday challenges – at home, at school, and in life.
Bright Fox do not provide therapy. We provide structured mental wellbeing coaching that sits between everyday support and formal clinical care. Our focus is on understanding emotions, building skills, and supporting positive change in daily life.

Each stage is approached differently, based on developmental needs.
Sessions are one-to-one and usually weekly. They focus on helping young people understand what they’re feeling, feel emotionally safe, and learn practical tools they can use in everyday situations.
Bright Fox is skills-focused, structured, and practical. We work on emotional awareness, regulation, confidence, and everyday functioning - without diagnosing or treating mental illness.
When additional support is needed, Bright Fox helps families understand their options and next steps, and connect with appropriate care through our network of trusted clinicians.
Yes – especially for younger clients. We work closely with parents while also respecting the young person’s privacy. Parents are supported with guidance and practical strategies to help progress continue at home.
Yes. We regularly support young people with ADHD or ADHD-related challenges, focusing on emotional regulation, attention, routines, motivation, and confidence – whether or not they are receiving medical treatment.
No. A diagnosis is not required. Bright Fox supports young people based on their needs, not labels.
Yes. While Bright Fox mainly supports families in the UAE, we also support families internationally through online sessions where appropriate. Please book a consultation or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Bright Fox is not a crisis or emergency service. If specialist psychological, psychiatric, or medical care is needed, we support families in accessing trusted external professionals.
