Bright Fox delivers practical mental wellbeing workshops for schools and organisations across the UAE.

Our workshops support young people aged 11–25 with the skills they need to manage pressure, regulate emotions, and cope more effectively – in a way that is structured, non-clinical, and appropriate for group settings.

All workshops are delivered by MSc-trained psychology professionals.
